Part of our nutrition is understanding what gaps we are missing with the normal whole foods we are eating. Once we understand those gaps, we can look to supplementation to fill them in. Supplements can be a very misconstrued subject in which a lot of people have misinformation.
I do believe that supplements have a place in our day-to-day lives. Most importantly though is that I want to make sure we understand where and when they are needed. Taking supplements just to take supplements is not what we are aiming for.
Each of you has specific goals and aims in life. To achieve those, we first must look at our health and understand how that helps us reach those goals.
