When I think about health & wellness the number one thing that stands out is nutrition. The saying, “you can’t outwork a bad diet” rings true. My goal in the health & wellness industry is to help people create good habits around their lifestyle. Nutrition is more than just eating good; it’s learning what works for you. We all live such different lives that there is no one size fits all way.
Nutrition is the basis of life. It’s what fuels our bodies to live and prosper. It gives us energy to get up every day and achieve our goals. It can be simple and it can be complex. Really what it comes down to is what you’re looking for in life. The path we can take through nutrition can look extremely different depending on what you are trying to achieve.
I tell people in their first coaching call that, “I’m not going to tell you what to eat, but I am going to teach you about how what you eat fuels your body”.
