My name is Megan, health and wellness has been the biggest part of my life since I can remember. When I was a young tike, I played every sport imaginable. I decided on swimming which carried me through my college years. After college I transitioned from CrossFit to Yoga to overall health and wellness.
I have since completed my 200HR RYT, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Training. I am currently pursuing my 300HR RYT, NASM Certified Exercise Specialist (CES) and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). My passion for health and wellness has always been there for me as a coach, but I want to spread my education and knowledge to help more people. My goal is to help lead each individual I work with through the steps it takes to build their self-esteem, confidence, discipline, knowledge, and so much more.
